Next to the building on your Home there is a Directory tab: the same people, as a list you can search.
What you see
- One row per person, with their units next to their name. Garages are marked with a G.
- Administrators carry an "Admin" badge and come first.
- Invited people, who have not joined yet, appear greyed out until they accept.
- The line above the list tells you how many people and units match.
Finding someone
- Search by name or by unit. Administrators can also search by email.
- Use All, Owners or Administrators to narrow the list.
Calling or writing
- Tap the phone to call, or the envelope to write an email. Your phone opens its own app.
- A faded button means that owner has not shared that detail with neighbours. Administrators always see the real details.
Good to know
Names can be private too. An owner who shares nothing appears as "Private owner". They still receive the emails flatnumber sends on behalf of the association.
