Report a problem with a ticket

Tickets are how owners and administrators sort out the day-to-day of the building, with everything written down in one place.

Open a ticket

  1. Go to Support and tap New ticket.
  2. Give it a short title ("Water leak in the garage") and describe what is wrong.
  3. Add photos, videos or files if they help.
  4. Under Who can see it, pick All owners or Private (below) and tap Create ticket.

If your association uses the advanced mode, you will also choose an urgency and a type.

Public or private

  • All owners — every owner in the association can read the ticket and its comments. Good for things that affect everyone, like the lift or the entrance door.
  • Private — only you and the administrators can see it. Use it for personal matters: your fee, a dispute with a neighbour, something inside your flat.

The administrators can later add other owners to a private ticket, or make it visible to everyone.

Follow it up

Write in the comments to add information or answer a question. The status shows whose turn it is:

Status Meaning
Waiting for support The administrators have to look at it
In progress They are working on it
Waiting for owner They need something from you — check the comments
On hold Paused for now
Completed Closed

When you reply to a ticket that is waiting for you, it goes back to "Waiting for support" on its own. You do not need to do anything else.

Good to know

You can delete your own comments, but not the ticket itself: only administrators edit or delete tickets.

A comment may be hidden by an administrator. If one of yours is, you still see it, marked "Hidden from other owners"; the other owners no longer do.
